Returns Policy

Returns

Our policy is to accept returns within 30 days on unopened or defective products only. Returns for any other reason within the 30 dayswill incur a $15 restocking fee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will only offer store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Requests for returns must be submitted to customers@kidgadget.ca.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or are received damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures of the damage/defect and any additional details at customers@kidgadget.ca.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, or you have the receipt to accompany your return, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive an email stating the value of your store credit.

Shipping
To return or exchange your product, please email us at customers@kidgadget.ca to receive a shipping address.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you live in the Greater Toronto Area, local drop off and/or pick up may be available. Shipping & transportation costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service to guarantee receipt of your return, or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
